The breakfast buffet really impressed me. It had a very wide selection. also, the staff opened doors when i entered the hotel, they always had a smile, and often stopped for a chat. i thought that was a nice touch.

The elevator took a bit, i waited quite a lot for it..

I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the v & a waterfront. This made accessing various attractions easy. changing and locker rooms were available in camps bay . This enhanced the beach experience. the check-in was efficient. The staff was very friendly. housekeeping kept the room super clean.

The minibar prices felt slightly expensive. Though, it's a minor detail.

The breakfast had a great selection. It was acceptable.

My room's furniture was REALLY tired. EVERYTHING seemed scratched. The light switches also need an update. I found this disappointing.
