convenient shuttle great breakfast building work loud music

the staff was super friendly. they really went out of their way assisting with bookings. the shuttle to the waterfront was fantastic and convenient! our room was great with a cool wrap around balcony. the breakfast was great too, i loved it!

major building work occurred during the day in a room nearby. loud music also came from the same room at night, it was crazy! i was told it's a resident and they can work between certain hours, but it still disturbed our holiday.

wide selection friendly staff

The breakfast buffet really impressed me. It had a very wide selection. also, the staff opened doors when i entered the hotel, they always had a smile, and often stopped for a chat. i thought that was a nice touch.

The elevator took a bit, i waited quite a lot for it..

convenient shuttle camps bay efficient check-in super clean room

I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the v & a waterfront. This made accessing various attractions easy. changing and locker rooms were available in camps bay . This enhanced the beach experience. the check-in was efficient. The staff was very friendly. housekeeping kept the room super clean.

The minibar prices felt slightly expensive. Though, it's a minor detail.

worn furniture scratched everything

The breakfast had a great selection. It was acceptable.

My room's furniture was REALLY tired. EVERYTHING seemed scratched. The light switches also need an update. I found this disappointing.
