The hotel offered an amazing experience overall. The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially with custom omelettes available. I had an incredible view from my spacious room, but there were some inconveniences like a noisy housekeeping visit and a disappointing pool area. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, but the beach club was not open during my stay, which was a letdown.

From the warm welcome I received at reception to the lovely gesture of being offered a room to freshen up before our scheduled outing, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff made my experience feel personal and special. However, I wish I could have stayed longer, as the service truly stood out. The only downside was the noise level during the night from nearby clubs, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
